Return Policy

You have 7 business days to return any accessories from the date you receive them.  If you have received your  accessories and 7 business days has lapsed, then we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  They must be in the original packaging.
Your returned bottles or accessories will need to have a printed copy of your order number, as proof of purchase.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the bottles or accessories are shipped to us.  We will not guarantee that we will receive them.
